Well, McKenna has had a couple of first lately. I was so good about writing everything down with Luke, but I feel so busy with her that I find my self forgetting to stop and take the time. I just told my friend Kristen the other day that it helps if you just keep the calendar sitting out. That way, if you have something special happen, you dont have to search far and wide for that stinkin baby book. Ok, so Im not following my advice. During my middle of the night feeding, I was in the kitchen fixing the bottle and remembered some new things happening in McKenna's life. So I ran over to the computer and grabbed a pen and paper to jot it down.
- September 9, 2007: McKenna was baptized at church.
- September 10, 2007: McKenna's first night to sleep in her big girl bed, in her bedroom.
- September 11, 2007: McKenna's first college soccer game.
I know this may not seem to important but she is going to grow up way too fast. So I have to try and remember every minute of it.
